The residential part of Villa Hrešć has three floors connected by an elevator and consists of two rooms and six condos. A reception desk is situated in an auxiliary building which is connected to the main building by a covered aisle. Each floor has been named after a typical Mediterranean plant: Lavanda (Lavender) - the raised ground-floor with two rooms and two condos Neven (Marigold)- the first floor with two apartments Mimoza (Mimosa) - the second floor with two condos.
